The informal recognition program is designed to say "thank you" or "job well done" to a SPPS facilities employee. 

Examples of reasons to say "I appreciate you" include: fixing a computer glitch in a timely manner, assisting with a project, performing job duties in a friendly and courteous manner or someone just going above and beyond.

An informal message is sent  to the person to be recognized via this form.
