Event Equipment

District-Wide resources are available for school events.

These items are not intended for practice use; they are shared resources and should only be reserved for the actual event itself.

 

 Usage Guidelines For District-Wide Equipment Items:

  1. Only request the items that are actually needed for an event.
  2. Normal request procedure includes delivering the items a day prior to the event and pickup of the items on the day after the event.
  3. The items must be ready for pickup at the designated pickup area by 8:00 am the morning following your event.
  4. Event equipment should not be used for practice sessions.
  5. These items are not building resources and should not be taken by staff to be used in other parts of the building.
  6. These items should not be used outdoors.
