Facilities Department

 The Facilities Department is responsible for the planning, renovation, maintenance, and furnishing of the District’s 7.3 million square feet of building space and 500 acres of grounds.  

The department is a “One-Stop Shop” with all functions centralized at the District Service Facility, 1930 Como Ave.

  

Areas of oversight include: planning, maintenance, environmental health & safety, energy & sustainability, grounds, furniture & moves.
